What Insurance Companies are considered "in-network"?
Sky Chiropractic currently participates with all Blue Shield Networks (Highmark, First Priority Life, Federal Blue Shield, etc.). At the end of a visit, we will submit a claim to the Blue Shield Insurance Company for you. Depending on your coverage, you might be responsible for a "Specialty Copay" at the time of visit. Depending on your deductible, you might be billed separately.
Does Sky Chiropractic accept Medicare?
Although we do NOT participate with Medicare, we submit to any Medicare or Medicare Advantage Insurance plans on your behalf. The patient is responsible for payment at time of visit. Your visit will be submitted to your insurance plan(s) and any reimbursement will be mailed to the patient directly from the insurance company.

What if Sky Chiropractic does not participate with my Insurance?
Patients with any insurance, other than Blue Shield or Medicare, will be considered paying “Out of Pocket” for their visits. We are able to provide you with receipts from your visit for you to submit to your insurance company on your own. If you have chiropractic coverage, your insurance company may reimburse you.
